“Excellent service throughout. Ashton came out to look at an issue raised on a part-exchange survey and, rather than recommend expensive remediation, told me honestly there was nothing wrong with the wall. Great to have an honest discussion.”

Your local damp, mould & timber team in Southampton
Southampton's Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many close to the River Itchen and Test estuaries, are among the properties we treat most regularly. Ground moisture from the estuary clay puts older DPCs under constant pressure, while cold solid walls create the condensation and mould problems common in Portswood and Highfield. We also carry out rising damp treatments in inter-war semis in Bitterne and Woolston, mould remediation in student houses and HMOs in the city centre, and structural timber treatment in larger Southampton period homes. Every survey is complimentary, every treatment managed by us, and every job backed by our 25-year guarantee.
