“Excellent service throughout. Ashton came out to look at an issue raised on a part-exchange survey and, rather than recommend expensive remediation, told me honestly there was nothing wrong with the wall. Great to have an honest discussion.”

Your local damp, mould & timber team in Hampshire
Hampshire's housing stock is one of the most varied in southern England — Edwardian and Victorian terraces in Southampton, Georgian and flintwork properties in Winchester, harbour-side homes in Portsmouth and Fareham, period cottages in the New Forest and rural properties throughout the Test and Meon valleys. Each presents its own damp and timber challenges, shaped by the local geology, coastal climate and building methods of the time. Proofterior's in-house team has carried out hundreds of surveys and treatments across the county, from DPC injection and tanking to mould remediation and structural timber work — all backed by our 25-year guarantee and a detailed written report for every job.
